Last as usual here! Being a native of the west – the sweet tea is something I just can’t do (kind of like the humidity) but I am right there with you on the character and those little fried things that the rest of the country doesn’t quite get, and the fabulousness of these pictures!! The pancakes look like they are worth a trip just in themselves!

(Oh, and I watched HeeHaw as a kid too… it does explain a lot)

I may never have to go to Nashville cause you’ve captured it so well. Or at least it seems that way from here.

Sweet tea. Sweet potato pancakes. I’m guessing that’s fried catfish. You are killing me here. My favorite three food groups.

I know nothing about beer. So I have to ask. Does anyone really need 70 beers on tap? 70? How do you stand the pressure when it comes time to order?
