Oh dear – though I am sure it is nothing. It could easily have to do with all the stress you are under as a result of toxic job/quitting toxic job – which may also be why it didn’t happen while on vacay.
However, I see that people suggested COBRA, which is not a bad route for a temporary solution until you can positively rule out what is wrong.

COBRA wasn’t that ridiculously expensive when I had to have it – maybe yours won’t be bad either.

I hope the head tingly is just a weird stress symptom. It sounds like it might be if it went away when you were on vacation.

Shouldn’t you have COBRA? Oh, I see that K has already asked about that. Yes, definitely get COBRA. It’s ridiculously expensive but if you have to have doctor’s visits and tests, it will be ridiculously expensive without it.

That being said, I’m going to go with stress. Dr. Google and I have consulted and we think it’s stress. A Caribbean vacation should do the trick.

I would definitely check out COBRA – you don’t want to get caught up on any of the “previous condition” bullshit.

What about COBRA? You should be able to keep your insurance going for a while with that…unless you don’t get it because you quit rather than being laid off?

Oh dear, not so good, is it? I sometimes similar feelings without the tingly part and have always just attributed it to a blood sugar thing.

But will your insurance end immediately upon your job ending? I know mine went on till the end of the calendar year when I quit mine. Do check.
